My mission is to inspire people to reconnect with nature for their health and wellbeing and for the health and wellbeing of our planet.

My own experience of the positive effects of nature on my mental health inspired me. For the past five years, I have worked in the sustainability sector, sharing my love for the natural world and our planet.

Life has many paths. I grew up on a farm, enjoying a carefree childhood outdoors, which helped me connect deeply with nature. As a child, I rescued all kinds of animals, from bumblebees to lambs. This caring nature still shines through in me today.

I now live on a farm in South Gloucestershire, attempting to recreate a nature inspired and carefree lifestyle for my own children. We face daily challenges from social media and the world of technology, but I believe it’s crucial to stay connected to nature to relax, recharge, and be our true selves.

As a photographer, I aim to help people embrace their authentic selves and showcase their uniqueness. I collaborate with others to create beautiful moments in nature that reflect their love for the environment. Everyone has their own story, and by sharing these, we can inspire others to reconnect with nature, appreciate everyday beauty, and care for our planet.

Nature is a wonderful teacher - always adapting and evolving. Living in harmony with nature improves our health, wellbeing, and encourages us to be more conscious and sustainable.

Nature is essential for our health and happiness. When we celebrate the beauty of nature, we learn to value our planet, others, and live with kindness, compassion and understanding.
